Description
The Prorex X series of baitcasting rods for long distances features a fast, tip-focused action and a strong backbone. This allows you to take advantage of a longer rod for casting with a baitcasting reel. At a length of 2.65m, handling on the shore becomes significantly easier, and compared to shorter rods, you can achieve impressive casting distances, especially with smaller lures. The progressive tip section bends excellently during casting, offering sensitive bite detection and reliable hook-setting at long distances. The available casting weights cover almost all usage areas for our target fish, such as perch, zander, pike, and asp.
The action of the Prorex X rods has been adapted to the specific requirements of various modern spinning techniques with both soft and hard lures. The premium HMC+ carbon fiber blank ensures low weight, fast action, and enormous power reserves. High-quality joints enable a very slim blank construction, significantly improving balance. X-wrap carbon fiber reinforcements on the blank’s surface provide stability and a striking appearance. Very lightweight Seaguide guides with ceramic inserts and special frames prevent tangling during casting and greatly enhance the rod's quick action and excellent balance. The extensive Prorex X range offers versions suitable for nearly all types of modern spinning.
